JOB PURPOSE
The Manager, EPC Health and Safety represents Pattern as the owner across multiple EPC projects and all phases of execution, providing EHS oversight, guidance, and support to help ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery.
This role applies expertise in regulatory compliance, high-energy risk management, contractor EHS management systems, incident investigation, and third-party safety representative coordination to foster a collaborative, proactive safety culture across Pattern’s construction portfolio. The position is remote and requires approximately 50% travel to project sites and business meetings based on project needs.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION REQUIRED
Educational Experience
A bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Safety, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, technical training, certifications, and relevant large-scale construction safety experience may be considered.

Technical Skills
Computer skills – working knowledge of Windows-based business software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, AIC, InEight, and other project recordkeeping or tracking applications.
EHS technical knowledge – detailed knowledge of OSHA standards, construction safety practices, contractor safety oversight, incident reporting and investigation, corrective action management, high-energy risk controls, and project-specific safety requirements for large-scale utility and renewable energy construction projects.
The expected starting pay range for this role is $103,000 - $138,000 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
