General Summary
The Vice President – Head of Project Finance is responsible for Solect’s project financing arrangements, including financing and refinancing project debt, tax equity, and back-leverage facilities. This leader oversees finance execution priorities across the portfolio, drives capital-raising and cost-optimization initiatives, and partners closely with Corporate Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, bankable financings that support Solect’s growth objectives. The role also co-manages key banking relationships with the CFO and participates on the Solect Leadership Team.
This is a hybrid position based in Hopkinton, MA, with an expectation of regular in-office collaboration as business needs require.

The expected starting pay range for this role is $160,000 - $199,000 USD. This range is an estimate, and base pay may vary above or below these amounts based on several factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees at all levels.
