Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

As the first face and voice of our workplace, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a warm, professional, and safe experience for everyone who walks through our doors at Pattern's Houston office. This role is all about hospitality —managing front desk operations, coordinating visitor and vendor access, and supporting workplace systems that keep our office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, and comfortable using modern tools to streamline communication, scheduling, and administrative workflows. They help set the tone for a collaborative and welcoming environment where people feel supported and informed from the moment they arrive.

Qualifications

Experience/Qualifications/Education Required

Educational Experience

BS or BA preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.

Required Work Experience

 

Previous experience (1-3 years) in a similar role preferred.
