Job Purpose
The Land Administrator is responsible for managing land administration issues to support the development, construction, and operations of Pattern’s large-scale North American wind, solar, and storage projects. This role provides support for purchase acquisitions, administers land agreements across numerous projects, assists in developing new outreach processes with various internal teams, serves as a liaison to other Land Administrators, offers guidance on contractual terms when requested, and helps prepare reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.

College degree preferred
Required Work Experience
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate/land administration; minimum of five years of experience in land administration related to renewable energy development
Additional Requirements
The expected starting pay range for this role is $80,000.00 - $108,000.00 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
