General Summary
The Services Business Development Manager is responsible for meeting quarterly and yearly sales objectives. They are responsible for finding and developing new customers to create a robust “funnel” of active opportunities that facilitates meeting the company’s annual sales objectives.
This position is responsible for developing business opportunities for off-base (non-Solect-installed) service agreements and Special Service Projects (SSPs) within the Customer Service Division of Solect Energy.
Key Responsibilities:
The Services Business Development Manager should have at least three years of successful sales or development experience in the Commercial Solar and/or Storage Industry, or the Energy Sector; previous experience working with Commercial & Industrial Sector customers in a collaborative setting; strong communications skills, ability to follow a disciplined project development and workflow process within a team, manage multiple engagements and projects daily; possess the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.

The expected starting pay range for this role is $78,000 - $112,000 USD. This range is an estimate, and base pay may vary above or below these amounts based on several factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees at all levels.
