Overview

The Logistics Team Member’s (LTM) role is to support Construction, Services, Special Service Projects and Facilities’ needs. This role supports site mobilization and demobilization, material receiving and delivering, warehouse support and inventory tracking, site equipment rentals & equipment and coordination, fleet maintenance and facility maintenance. Weekend work will be required at times. Candidate will need to exhibit strong communication skills, highly adaptable and able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Key Functions

  • Drive company vehicles to deliver job site construction materials and safety equipment as needed using lulls and lifts.  Utilize site visit checklists and pictures to perform pre-stage, stage and support sites as needed always in accordance with all safety policies and procedures. Support the Regulatory Team with permit drop-offs and pickups. Properly document any movement of equipment, material and supplies to/from job sites.
  • Work in warehouse to maintain inventory levels and controls, arrange all site rental equipment deliveries and pickups and maintain facilities.
  • Utilize and maintain the company fleet, personal DOT trip logs, and weekly Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR),as required.  Process weekly personal logistics duty log, fill out inventory tracking sheets and get all proper signatures for receiving and delivery orders
  • Load/unload delivery trucks set up/breakdown safety equipment and assist with stock handling and inventory controls in the warehouse.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • This position requires minimum of 1 year experience working in a warehouse or logistics setting
  • A valid driver’s license, DOT Medical Card and an excellent driving record are required.
  • Additional requirements are the willingness and capability to travel to job sites, climb ladders, climb stairs, work on rooftops
  • The ability to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks; the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and the ability to work in heat, snow, rain, and wind conditions
  • It is necessary this role possesses an OSHA 10 Certification or must be capable of obtaining one within 6 months of hire
  • The role also requires a MA and RI Telehandler license or success in obtaining one within 4 months of hire.

  • Flexibility to adapt and react to constantly changing priorities
  • General hours: M-F 6:30 to 3, weekends as required and scheduled by LM

The expected starting pay range for this role is $23.00 - $29.00 Hourly USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
