Overview

General Summary

 

This position is an integral member of the service operations team. This position takes ownership of doing what is right for Solect and our customers. Works closely with the Services Planner and takes direction from the Senior Director Service Operations, to ensure proper billing, data input, and utilization of Tech’s and system performance. Supports day to day Services planning and execution.  Identifies areas for continuous improvement to drive ongoing operational excellence.

 

Responsibilities

Key Functions

  • Document the system repairs and associated cost for invoice and billing purposes
  • Prepare and document prevailing wage reports for approvals
  • Set up new hire apprentices and maintain existing apprentice state certifications
  • Set up and train new employees on applications and platforms needed to perform their daily duties.
  • Assist the Services Planner in prioritizing cases to be scheduled based on severity of issues
  • Assist the Services Planner in communicating to the field technicians for their day-to-day schedule and ensure they understand the objective of the site visit.
  • Assist the Services Planner in reviewing the system's performance on multiple platforms to ensure all systems are functioning as expected.

Special Position Requirements

  • Travel is required fifteen (15%) of the time throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

The expected starting pay range for this role is $27.00 Hourly - $34.00 Hourly USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
