Job Purpose
The Green Fuels Project Diretor will ultimately lead the green fuels execution component of green fuels developments/projects in the US and/or Canada. Primary focus includes working as a partner with the preconstruction lead, risk management/mitigation, contract negotiations, cost/pricing verification, execution planning, resourcing needs, constructability reviews, and an in-depth understanding of the technical engineering of the facility. The Green Fuels Project Director will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the preconstruction and development teams. Ensuring the development and design are optimized, and constructable and ensuring the right project partners are contracted. This role will be the primary lead in contract negotiations and ensuring Pattern's risks are understood, quantified, and mitigated. These efforts are geared towards ensuring the project is flawlessly executed on time, on budget, high quality, and safe.
The Green Fuels Project Director will report to the Vice President of Construction.

The expected starting pay range for this role is $149,000 - $201,070 in local currency. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, family care benefits, employee assistance program, paid time off and bonding leave, paid holidays, Pattern Canada’s Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan with employer contribution, and employee referral bonuses.
