Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Dynamic Energy Solutions, LLC (“Dynamic Energy”) seeks an organized, self-motivated individual to serve as a Lease Administrator. The Lease Administrator will be responsible for assisting Dynamic Energy’s Legal Department in managing the creation, execution, and ongoing administration of a large portfolio of rooftop and land leases in connection with commercial solar photovoltaic projects. Under the supervision of the General Counsel and working with the Solar Paralegal and Senior Counsel, the Lease Administrator will have direct responsibility for:

 

  • Preparing easements, options to lease, leases, and related documents based on existing templates for presentation to landowners, gathering deeds and related information online, and coordinating with paralegals, analysts, and attorneys during document revisions and negotiations;
  • Ensuring new site control agreements are recorded electronically in the land records in a timely manner and coordinating with legal and landowner contacts to satisfy jurisdictional requirements;
  • Assisting in managing Dynamic Energy’s real estate portfolio, including managing timely payments under site control agreements and tracking expiration dates of agreements; and
  • Other duties as assigned by the General Counsel.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

 

The successful candidate must possess at least the following qualifications:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a lease administrator, contract manager, paralegal, legal assistant, or executive assistant performing duties similar to the job duties listed above;
  • Ability to work independently and creatively in a growing company with a high volume of transactions with exceptional attention to detail; and
  • Preferably, experience in real estate leasing or title matters.
