Solect is currently seeking a full-time Apprentice Technician. The Apprentice Technician is an integral member of the Service/Operations and maintenance crews, who are responsible for maintaining and inspecting commercial/industrial solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The candidate must demonstrate strong customer communication skills, be self-driven and independent with a passion for the solar industry. Must be able to manage a large volume of projects while demonstrating excellent work quality.
